Alaskan Brewing Co. Depot
The Alaskan Brewing Co., one of the top 20 craft breweries in the US according to the Brewers Association, was founded in Juneau, Alaska in 1986 and remains in its original location today. Looking to cater to folks residing in the downtown area and to reach their brand message to the thousands of tourists who arrive daily in downtown Juneau, they opened a retail shop in town called the Alaskan Brewing Co. Depot.
Tasked with creating a room that would almost act as a mini-museum, while leaving floor space for retail, and providing flexibility for special serving events, we designed a series of wall panels which emanate the look and feel of the Alaskan Brewing Co. while telling the history, story of the company and their workers. Working in conjunction with local manufacturers and printers we created a dimensional, interactive space with immersive interest that could accommodate almost any activity.
